We look forward to welcoming you to the 2023 CBA Annual Meeting in Indianapolis! 
Below, please find the information  you need to prepare successfully for your exhibit participation:

 

Exhibit Event Times -- All meetings will be held on the second floor:

12:00 pm – 5:00 pm – Exhibitor Move In (Marriott 5-6 Vendor Concourse)  8:30 am – Vendor Engagement Time (Marriott 5-6 Vendor Concourse)  8:00 am – Vendor Engagement Time (Marriott 5-6 Vendor Concourse)
 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm – Welcome Reception (Marriott 5-6 Vendor Concourse)  7:30 am – 9:00 am – Breakfast (Marriott 6)  7:30 am – 9:00 am – Breakfast (Marriott 6)

6:00 pm – 8:00 pm – Opening Dinner for Attendees and Vendors (Marriott 5)

 

12:15 pm – 1:15 pm – Lunch for Attendees and Vendors (Marriott 6)

 12:00 pm – 1:00pm – Exhibitor Load-Out (Event concludes at 12:00pm)
  4:30 pm – Vendor Reception (Vendor Concourse)  

 

 

Exhibit Materials:

All Exhibitors will be provided with a 6-foot, skirted table and two chairs. You may coordinate with the hotel to order power and/or other materials for your exhibit, if needed.

You’ll receive your table number and placement information a little closer to the event so stay tuned!

Shipping: If you are planning to ship materials to the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown for your booth,
please use the shipping information below or click here for more details on shipping including pricing to and from the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown.
Note that you will be responsible for any porterage charges for boxes delivered to your exhibit area or guestroom.

Parking Instructions:
  • Loading/Unloading -- The Marriott has a loading dock located in the alley on the side of the hotel, if you require that type of space.  Otherwise, you are welcome to bring materials through entrances on Maryland and Missouri Streets.
  • Parking rates for the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown can be found in the middle column here.

CBA management shall have full power in the interpretation and enforcement of the terms and conditions governing sponsors and vendors. All matters and questions not covered by these terms and conditions shall be subject to the final judgment and decision of the CBA. These terms and conditions may be amended at any time by the CBA and the amendments so made shall be binding upon the sponsor and shall become a part thereof, providing   the sponsor/vendor is notified of the amendments. Notice may be verbal or in writing, before or during the CBA Annual Meeting, and may be given to any authorized agent or representatives of the sponsor/vendor.

AGREEMENTS

  • Sponsor/Vendor agrees to submit to CBA their branded company name and/or logo for publication.
  • Sponsor/Vendor authorizes CBA to reproduce and use the Sponsor’s/Vendor’s name and/or logo on signage, printed material, and the CBA website (where applicable) in connection with the company’s sponsorship of the CBA.
  • Conference attendee rosters are not to be harvested or sold to others.
  • Any materials or marketing items distributed at the conference must be pre-approved by CBA.


USE OF CBA NAME, LOGO AND/OR ACRONYM

The name, logo and acronym of the Church Benefits Association is a proprietary mark. Use of the name, logo, or acronym in any fashion, by an entity, for any purpose, is expressly prohibited without written permission of the CBA.

NO REFUNDS

Should the sponsor/vendor be unable to participate in the Annual Meeting per these terms and conditions, he or she shall promptly notify the CBA Meeting Management in writing to [email protected].
