This year’s theme, “Gathering Under the Arch: Exploring the Future of Benefits,” invites leaders from faith-based benefit organizations to come together—not only to learn, but to listen, share insights, and support one another.

Just as the Arch stands as a gateway to new frontiers, our time together will open doors to fresh opportunities for partnership, innovation, and stronger peer networks. 

The Annual Conference is CBA’s flagship event, bringing together approximately 300 professionals from Protestant, Catholic, and Jewish organizations across the country. Attendees include CEOs and C-suite leaders, human resources and benefits professionals, and experts in marketing, customer service, education, and operations.

This unique interfaith gathering fosters collaboration, inspires new ideas, and advances our shared mission of strengthening benefits in the faith-based sector.

Travel Information

St. Louis Lambert International Airport (STL) is about 15 minutes from the Hyatt Regency. Rideshare, taxis, and rental cars are all available.

Transportation Options:

  • Rideshare: Uber/Lyft pickup zones are marked outside terminals.
  • Taxis: Available at baggage claim, $25–$35 one-way.
  • Rental Cars: Available but optional if staying onsite.
