CBA management will be closed on November 25-26th for the Thanksgiving holiday.

On behalf of the Church Benefits Association and our 2021 Planning Committee, I would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to our 108th gathering!

While we had high hopes of being together in Atlanta in December, the ongoing pandemic, potential financial constraints, and uncertain opening procedures, the planning committee decided to pivot early in our process to provide this year’s gathering remotely.
By taking advantage of being able to “zoom” in from anywhere, the committee will bring you keynote speakers from across the US. We will continue our discussion from last year on how diversity, equity and inclusion are important to our organizations. We will hear from Deborah Shaw, former PepsiCo's SVP, Chief Global Diversity & Engagement, where she was responsible for driving innovation and optimizing high-performance teams by leveraging the diverse strengths, backgrounds, and perspectives of 260,000 associates operating in 200 countries and territories.

You will be asked to share significant developments from your organizations; we will hear a Washington Update in conjunction with our partners at K&L Gates and the Church Alliance; we will have the opportunity to engage in peer learning based on our core organizational competencies; and we will have the opportunity to learn with leaders of different faiths.

On behalf of the Planning Committee, we look forward to welcoming you into our virtual space this December.

All my best,

Rachel Roth

Chair, 2021 Planning Committee

COO, American Conference of Cantors
